Upon review, APIE awarded a judgement of equivalence stating, "These studies are equivalent to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, granted by regionally accredited colleges and universities in the United States.".

As is publicly stated in their mission statement, APIE evaluation reports are in compliance with guidelines set forth by the National Council on the Evaluation of Foreign Education Credentials.
